Robert was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico on March 25, 1964. He was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 1991 and The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and United States Tax Court in 1992.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and New Mexico Trial Lawyers.
Robert's passion is trial work and representing families who have suffered devastating losses due to the negligence of others. In addition, Robert sometimes finds himself taking on representation of litigants in high profile divorce cases, or representing the criminally accused, most likely the result of the earlier part of his career as a former prosecutor and trial attorney for the District Attorney's office of the 4th Judicial District (Mora, San Miguel and Guadalupe Counties) in New Mexico.
Robert is engaged to be married in the Spring of 2006 and is the father of two lovely children, Robert III and Savannah Rose. If there's any spare time in his busy schedule, you can find Robert sporting a grin as he prepares to travel to some far-off mountain range to hunt for his next exotic trophy.
