Beside his main job of managing the firm, Will is delighted when, on occasion, his trial practice takes him to the classic old courthouses in the County seats and towns of New Mexico.  After separation from the Air Force and a short stint as an entertainment lawyer, Will started his own firm in 1983, limiting his practice to personal injury law.  Since that time, Will has built a firm and a practice that welcomes complicated, complex or unusual liability claims, "to keep it interesting," including mass tort and malpractice litigation.  He and his wife Sarah, also a lawyer (J.D. Yale 1993) and of counsel to the firm, have three young children keeping them busy.

An avid sports car enthusiast, Will recently joined with other car guys and investors to open Sandia Motorsports Park, New Mexico's largest auto racing venue.  He also recently founded a commercial Bank in Albuquerque, Bank 1st and just became a dealer principal in Taos Chrysler Dodge Jeep to further his auto interest.  Will estimates he has negotiated, litigated, or managed the prosecution of over 2000 personal injury claims in his career to date, and the practice is growing dynamically.  He is delighted to personally consult with any claimant or attorney considering a claim in any jurisdiction in New Mexico.
