Roger Eaton has represented injured people for more than 29 years. He has tried over thirty cases to a jury and he has tried over 100 cases to a judge or arbitrator. He has also handled more than 15 cases on appeal that have resulted in published opinions. Roger has had an AV rating (highest rating of legal ability and ethics as rated by other lawyers and judges) for the past fifteen years.
Roger Eaton began representing severely injured people as a speciality when he joined Turner Branch. In 1984, he started his own firm that grew to five plaintiff’s lawyers and specialized in trying cases for injured people. In 2003, Roger left his firm and took a sabbatical from the practice of law and traveled with his wife and sailed their sailboat from Florida up to Maine where Roger’s father had a sailing camp when he was a child. Roger has been married to his wife, Georgia, for more than 40 years and they have three children and five grandchildren living in the Albuquerque area.
