Farmington Police are investigating an injury accident that occurred on North Sullivan Ave.
Farmington Police arrived at the 2700 block of North Sullivan Ave around 8:30 p.m. where they conducted the investigation. Paramedics were also spotted at the scene treating injuries but the report doesn’t say if anyone was taken to the hospital. While paramedics treated the injuries, cleanup crews cleared the wreckage. Both drivers were able to give a statement to police and at this time, neither driver will face a citation or be arrested.
The crash is still being investigated by Farmington Police, however, a few things were ruled out at the scene. Since alcohol was not mentioned in the crash, it was ruled out through initial questioning. Also, speed was not listed as a factor in the crash. Part of North Sullivan Ave was blocked for a short time while emergency personnel worked. After about an hour, North Sullivan Ave was open for travel.
