It’s unclear who called the police, but after a short time, they were at the scene.
Paramedics also responded to the crash and arrived to treat injuries. While police and cleanup crews cleared the scene, paramedics went to check on Sklencar. Sadly, his wounds were grave and 24-year-old Ryan Sklencar was pronounced dead at the scene. The report didn’t say if the driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries.
