The Albuquerque Police responded to an injury accident at Juan Tabo & Indian School.
According to the report, two vehicles collided at the intersection of Juan Tabo and Indian School. The report didn’t say much about the cause of the crash, however, they were able to rule out impairment at the scene. Also, investigators are leaning towards speed or inattention as a cause of the crash. Paramedics and police arrived at the scene after a short amount of time and set to work. While the paramedics treated those injured in the crash, police obtained statements from those involved.
All drivers involved were allowed to leave the scene without facing punishment. This will likely change over the weeks as evidence is processed and released. When information is released, we will provide updates on the story. Juan Tabo at Indian school is now reopened for the daily commute. Drivers are urged to be aware of other drivers on the road and be cautious. We wish those involved a speedy recovery and hope justice is served.
