Farmington Police released a report about an accident with injuries that took place on Dustin Ave.
According to the report, officers responded to the 1600 block of Dustin Ave after receiving calls about a collision that took place. When police arrived, they began to obtain statements from those involved and residents who witnessed the crash. The report didn’t say how many people saw the crash or if witnesses were cooperative. An official cause of the crash was not determined at the scene, so it is likely, multiple factors led to the crash.
The Crime Reconstruction Unit of the Farmington Police Department is investigating the crash, but it doesn’t appear either driver will face punishment. A report was filed by officers at the scene and everyone was allowed to leave. Paramedics were also called to the scene to treat minor injuries. The report didn’t state who was injured or the severity, but EMTs were spotted providing care to both drivers. It’s unclear if either was taken to the hospital for additional treatment. Since the crash is still under investigation, we will keep you updated as information is released.
We hope those injured recovers quick and get back to the life they were living.
