Albuquerque police are looking into an injury accident at Seven Bar Loop and Coors.
According to the report, the APD responded to the crash at the Seven Bar Loop after receiving calls from those involved. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, they began working. Paramedics were also called to the scene and they were spotted treating injuries. As a result of the crash, two people were injured and taken to the hospital. The report didn’t state the names of those involved or their condition.
The crash is under investigation by the APD and police have not released an official cause. Statements were obtained from both drivers involved, but neither of them faced punishment for the crash. This will likely change in the following weeks. Finally, we know impairment was ruled out as a cause of the crash and are looking at speeding and inattention as the primary factors. Check back in a few days for more information on the crash.
